Sardine, Tomato & Feta Crisps

Ingredients:
1 can (100 g) MILLIONNAIRES sardines in tomato sauce
1 pkg. (489 g or 17 ¼ ounces) frozen puff pastry sheets
1 large tomato, sliced into 12 wedges
3 ounces (about 2/3 cup) crumbled feta cheese
1 egg, beaten
Coarse salt and poppy seeds

Instructions:
Thaw pastry according to package instructions.  Cut each sheet into 6 rectangular pieces.  Place a wedge of tomatoe, a sardine and 1 tablespoon of feta cheese in center or each piece of pastry.  Fold 1 corner of pastry diagonally over filling; overlap with opposite corner, pressing to seal.  Brush with egg; sprinkle with salt and poppy seeds.  Place on baking sheet.  Bake in 205º C or 400ºF oven 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.  Serve warm.

Yield: 12 appetizers
